DESCRIPTION Perma Treat is a colourless solvented silicon based liquid which imparts permanent water repellant effects to the walls, stones and brick work. |

| PRIMARY
USES Perma Treat is used in following areas: 1) To prevent dampening of walls due to rain. 2) To prevent leakages from brick, stone or concrete walls. 3) To stop the ageing process of buildings. 4) To stop growth of algae, fungus etc. on walls. 5) Waterproofing of textured coatings and decorative finishes. |
ADVANTAGES 1) Perma Treat is a very strong water repellant. 2) It is colourless hence does not alter the natural finish of the buildings. 3) Once applied regular recoating of paint can be avoided. 4) Perma Treat is effective for a period of 10 years. 5) Perma Treat is economical and easy to use. |

DIRECTIONS FOR USE |
ACTION When applied by brush or spray on the dry surfaces to be treated Perma Treat penetrates deep into the pores of the surface and forms a thin water repellant barrier which does not affect the appearance of the surface. |

PRECAUTIONS 1) Perma Treat is recommended for vertical surfaces. 2) Perma Treat coated surface can not be painted over by cement or emulsion paints. 3) Perma Treat may cause staining on wood, glass and metal surfaces. 4) Perma Treat coated surfaces inhibit adhesion of mortar or other decorative treatments. |
