DESCRIPTION
MASTER FLOOR-SL is a three components epoxy resin based mortar for application to a variety of subfloors as a jointless, thin, self-levelling topping. MASTER FLOOR-SL quickly provides a permanent, hard wearing chemical resistant finish for floors and corridors subject to pedestrian and light wheeled traffic. It provides a smooth, hygienic and dust free floor that can be easily cleaned.

PRIMARY USE
To provide a seamless, hygienic, self-levelling floor topping for areas subject to pedestrian and light wheeled traffic.

MASTER FLOOR-SL self-levelling floorings are designed for use in : Operation Theatres Agricultural Buildings, Factories, Laboratories, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Showrooms, Bottling Plants, Power Stations, Wear Houses, Breweries, Garages, Machine Shops, Chemical Plants, Dairies, Hospitals, Refineries, Subways, Sewage treatment Plants, and many other industrial and commercial applications.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
MASTER FLOOR-SL has excellent resistance to the following chemicals: Hydrocarbon solvents, Oils & Fats, Diesel, Fuel and Petrol. Sugar solutions and salts.

COVERAGE
2 - 4 sq. ft per kg at 3 to 1.5 mm thickness

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Preparation of Sub - Floor :
Floors should be dry, clean and free of laitence, dust, greases, paint, bitumen, etc. Concrete should have low moisture content, be degreased, and if necessary acid itch, wash and leave it to dry.

Application :
Apply masking tape to borders of the floor to achieve straight edges, Use MASTER PRIME-CN as a primer. Lay MASTER FLOOR-SL after one or two hours. Pour part of the mixed material on to floor and trowel in. Pour remainder on to this area and trowel to desired thickness. Retrowel to remove air bubbles.
Where a non-slip surface is required, the uniform broadcasting of non-skid granules such as silicon carbide on to the MASTER FLOOR-SL before it has completely hardened is suggested.

PACKING
It is supplied in 5 kg & 10 kg pre weighted units.

HEALTHY AND SAFETY
Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day's work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.
