DESCRIPTION
MASTER FILL-EP is a two component filled epoxy system which needs mixing of the two components thoroughly to produce a knifing putty. Master Fill-EP is suitable for filling fine cracks depressions on the surface and repairing honey combs in the concrete to make it fair faced and suitable for subsequent coating. GUIDE TO APPLICATION
On the prepared surface where ever crack filling and evening out is reqired prime the surface with MASTER PRIME-CN. Mix Base and rector components of Master Fill-EP in equal proportions till a homogenous uniform colored paste is obtained. Apply this paste over the primed areas and tool it with spatula or Putty blades. If the consistency of the putty is desired to be more workable then add a small quantity of mixed Master Prime-CN to the Master Fill-EP paste and mix.

EQUIPMENT CARE
All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use with cleaning solvents. Similar procedures should be adopted for break periods exceeding fifteen minutes.

 

COVERAGE
Depends upon application. Master fill - EP fills 5 mm wide groove to a length of 60 running meter.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day's work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.
