1) Break open loose Concrete to reach Sound Concrete
2) Clean rusted Reinforcement with wire brush to Remove Loose scales
3) Clean with Jet of water on Concrete
4) Apply Perma Rust Remover over Rusted Reinforcement
5) Apply Passivator Coat of Perma Bond SBR/AR Mixed with Cement in the Ratio 1:1 by Volume over the Reinforcement.
6) Apply Bond Coat of Perma Bond SBR/AR mixed with cement in the ratio of 1:1 by volume over the entire concrete surface for recieving polymer modified treatment.
7) Apply Perma Bond SBR/AR Modig\fied Mortar By Hand Jabbing on the Bond Coat.
8) Finish the Treated area with a Float for Final Finish.
